Sigma3T Technology Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," or "the Company") provides an online "Official Store Checkout" shopping service on this website (https://www.sigma-3t.com/). Returns and refunds for orders placed through this service are handled in accordance with Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act and related regulations, as described below. This policy applies only to orders completed through this website's "Official Store Checkout" page. If you purchased through a third-party channel such as Shopee or 7-11 Marketplace, please refer to that channel's own return policy.
Under Article 19 of Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act and related regulations governing distance sales, if you purchased a product through this website via online ordering, you may cancel the purchase contract within seven days from the day after you receive the product, without giving any reason and without any cost or consideration, by notifying us in writing (including by email) and returning the product.
This seven-day period is not a "trial period." Returned products must be in new, unused condition — the product itself, accessories, any free gifts, the product card (including the exclusive serial number), original packaging, and all included documents must be complete, unopened/unused, and capable of being restored to their original condition.
